St Ives School of Painting
Located just moments away from the Sail Lofts luxury apartments in St Ives, the St Ives School of Painting was the starting point of the St Ives art revolution, forging the way for artists and creatives such as Ben Nicholson, Barbara Hepworth and Alfred Wallis. In operation today, in its original location, you can tread the boards where history was once made, continuing the legacy. The School runs a variety of classes, to suit a range of abilities, in a myriad of media. From water colour, to life drawing, to going plein air around the coastal paths of St Ives, all led by highly qualified tutors and artists.
Kiwi Print Studio
Situated just off the A30 at Beacon, the Kiwi Printmaking Studio has been aiding its students into making dreams a reality, with master printmaker Dena O’Brien at the helm; putting you in the best helping hands for creating your master piece. Offering half and full day courses throughout the year, sign up to classes focusing on fabric screen printing, landscape themed dry point, or why not try designing and printing your own fabric lampshade?
Barnoon Workshop
A spectacular dedicated space for arts and crafts activities in the heart of St Ives, surrounded by beautiful scenery, overlooking Porthmeor Beach positioned just behind Tate St Ives. Barnoon’s wonderful workshops are led by a collective of arts and craft professionals that make up the Barnoon Team, with the aim of inspiring creativity for all ages, through traditional art and craft skills.
