In our ninth summer, we are proud to say many of those that join us at the Sail Lofts luxury apartments in St Ives have done since the beginning. We have witnessed families grow, little ones turn to teenagers, and along the way we have made many great friends.
The Sail Lofts luxury apartments for these returning families are their second home, booked a year in advance at a time, we welcome in the school holidays with the return of familiar faces. Nine years old and going strong, in the past almost decade we have weathered many a storm, literally; from sand, to torrential rain to calamitous seas. Our guests have been here with us experiencing Cornwall’s dramatic weather fronts, from the soaring highs of summer, to the chilly depths of frosty winter, for which we are ever grateful. As a business we strive for not only excellence in what the Sail Lofts stands for, but for making experiences, and bringing a sense of belonging to travellers near and far for making a slice of St Ives home on an annual basis.

Ever evolving and developing with the demands of everyday life, these much loved family favourites in recent years have grown and adapted with the times, with the additional and much needed guaranteed parking space in St Ives, to an onsite wet room, ready for guests wetsuits and body boards, and even the onsite Ocean Studio Spa, for weary travellers to get some well deserved rest and relaxation, to help ease them in to their stays.
Kept to immaculate standards, and cared for by our very own housekeeping and maintenance team, who many returning guests get to know. One of those familiar faces happens to be Dave our much loved, well fed go-to for stories of how things were back in 2008 when the Sail Lofts launched; he has plenty of anecdotes on the rush to get the Sail Lofts ready in preparation for guests, from distributing kitchen appliances, to removing windows and hoisting corner sofas to third floor heights.
