The gardens themselves offer something a little more unique, featuring a number of sculpture artists including David Nash, James Turrell and Tim Shaw. Tremenheere also is perfect for a bite to eat at the Tremenheere Kitchen.
Trengwainton - National Trust
On the outskirts of Heamoor, near Penzance is Trengwainton, 25 acres of gardens with a manor house at the centre. In the calmer weather you can enjoy a cream tea in the sun at their cafe after pacing around the walled garden. Perfect for a day out away from St Ives allowing you to make the most of reserved parking throughout your stay.
