Music events July 2022
Summer has truly started and we have been blessed with this amazing sunshine. Enjoying the beach has been so wonderful and the sunsets from Porthmeor have been spectacular these last few days. There are still plenty of events happening before the month ends if you fancy a change from sunbathing on the beach.
Tropical Pressure Festival - Eco Park Mount Pleasant - 15th -17th July
This weekend is a busy one with a renowned festival in Cornwall, Tropical Pressure. Located at the Eco Park in Porthtowan, this festival will be packed with music, vegan food and activities. This makes the perfect weekend to get together and enjoy the weather in this idyllic location where all ages are welcome to join.
St Ives Guildhall, Aquafunk - 16th July
If you are out in town Saturday evening and would like to have a bit of fun before heading back home, St Ives Guildhall is organising a musical event from 8pm with a dj playing funk music, pop, disco and deep house. The Guidhall is a ten minute walk from Sail Lofts apartments and tickets are £5 online of £10 at the door.
Summer Party, Falmouth Rugby Club - 16th July
If you are feeling energized by this weather and fancy a party, this might be for you. Falmouth Rugby Club is hosting a dj on Saturday night playing music from 1960's to 2020's to keep you dancing all night. Only £5 a ticket this might be the perfect end to an evening out to mark the start of your holiday.
Leopallooza, Bude - 22nd - 24th July
This award-winning festival offers a one-of-a-kind music festival in the middle of a field just a few minutes away from the sea. Featuring Metronomy or Lianne La Havas, Leopallooza has an impressive lineup of many different genres. Offering free camping, fairly priced bars and multiple stages across the site, this popular festival gathers a lot of festival-goers from all around the country.
Rock Oyster Festival, Rock - 29th - 31st July
Chef director of Rick Stein restaurants, Jack is inviting all his friends to create an amazing weekend filled with the most mouth-watering food through cooking classes, restaurants tipis, and chefs demos. The festival will be accompanied by some popular bands like Happy Mondays or Passenger so make sure to reserve your weekend to experience one of the best festival in Cornwall.
