The onsite team deal with all bookings, and know each and every apartment individually, from the bedroom configurations to apartment quirks, benefits, disadvantages, and can aid in matching each and every guest to the perfect apartment to suit their individual needs.
2. Guests keep on coming back. We are in an incredibly fortunate position of having a 70% returning guest base year-on-year, guests become friends, and come to know the luxury apartments as their second homes, meaning hopefully we are doing something right! This is then joined by 10% of recommended guests each year, building our wonderful extension of Sail Lofts friends.
3. We can fix it! No trouble is too big, and no worry too small. We have it covered. Our apartments are kept to an immaculate 5 star standard throughout the year, and should there be a pesky light bulb out of place we can be on hand in moments to rectify any troubles, and with our onsite office being just moments away from your luxury apartment, we are always on hand to help to make your stay as great as it possibly can be.
4. Concierge services. You are not alone, we are here to help. Looking to arrange a special occasion for the family? Call upon our local knowledge, time and connections to aid you in getting the best out of St Ives? We just ask that we are given a little notice before hand as even with the best will in the world some of the St Ives restaurants do get booked up months in advance.
