The days are longer now and vibrant, the mornings are crisp and inspiring and the evenings are relaxed and cooling and we all want to make the absolute best of the weather and certainly fill our sunny weekends with a St Ives adventure.

Making the most of our quaint central yet perfectly hidden location, you can spend your three- or four-night stay in one of the towns best home-from-homes. With a fully equipped modern kitchen in all our properties, a relaxing bathroom to unwind in, a sociable communal space with snug sofas and sumptuously comfortable beds to feel like you’re floating on a cloud at the end of a long day exploring. What could your short break entail? Perhaps a weekend of no plans, just turn up to your perfectly set up property and see what the weekend in St Ives has in-store for you. Or maybe you’re after some adventure and exploration opportunities, trying some new and exciting activities that you will remember for years to come.

You could spend your short break relaxing and waking to a fresh morning coffee or cup of tea, making the most of our well stocked and fully equipped kitchens. Staying in Lighthouse, our more secluded and tranquil of our properties. When you're ready, take a short stroll into town to check out the many different breakfast options on offer (have a read over our breakfast blog for some inspiration here). You could occupy an afternoon relaxing by the seafront taking in the crisp sea air and views with a refreshing beverage at one of the many bars and cafes we have such as St Eia or The Harbour View House. Take stock of the lovely little gifts you’ve treated yourself to from one of the independent and unique shops in the high-street. Then enjoy a hassle-free evening in your cosy apartment cooking up some inspired dishes or ordering in a meal in a box with Steins At Home.

Perhaps you’re after more of an adventure. After a long week at work what’s better than detoxing your stresses away by catching some waves or having a rejuvenating swim in our crystal blue Celtic Sea shores. Staying in our Island property, you're ready and set to hit the beach, with a quick 2 minute walk to Porthmeor beach or a 2 - 3 minute walk over to Porthgwidden beach. Try your hand at a new talent, perhaps you could give surfing a try, using one of our many trusted surf schools in St Ives? Or maybe you would like to stretch out with some Yoga at the beach? You may make some new seafaring friends, (take a look over our marine life blog to see what friendly buddies you might spot on your trip here). Then perhaps a brisk afternoon stroll is in order, we are fortunate to have many walking spots around our coastline due to our famous South West Coast Path, you'll discover pubs, shops and little gems of Cornish history along your adventures. Finish off your day with an entertaining evening at the theatre or enjoy an evening meal at one of St Ives many restaurants and dining venues.
